Mod Opulence

Mod Opulence is a collection that was created to be exhibited alongside Mon Bijou. Therefore, it is also created in inspiration of 60’s French mod styles. Ami’s work aims to draw on the elegance and thoughtfulness of the past while bringing that inspiration to the present through intentional design choices.

Coquette Vampire

This dress was made in inspiration of the ornate details in gowns made in the 1930’s. It is silk chiffon, cut on the bias and it is designed and styled in a modern perspective.

Mon Bijou

Mon Bijou is a collection that is inspired by 60’s mod style as well as French fashion and style, The collection aims to feel editorial yet also be styles that any woman could wear and feel good in. It is titled “Mon Bijou” which means “my jewel". The collection highlights Jewel tones in its color story. However, it also plays on the idea that women are jewels.

1930’s Piano Shawl Gown

This gown is made of a 1930’s piano shawl and is totally couture. It is true wearable art and incredibly special. Draped to feel like a grecian statue.

1960’s Duvet Reworked Bed Cape

This bed cape was made with a 1960’s pink satin duvet. It is sweet and feminine and it serves as a more thoughtful take on loungewear. It is a tribute to the bed wear of the 60’s, specifically bed jackets.
